Making a complaint
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services or the actions of one of our staff members or volunteers, we want to know about it. Complaints can be made by completing the following form. All complaints will be responded to within 2 working days and will be addressed in a confidential manner. Only the people directly involved in making, investigating or resolving a complaint will have access to information about it.
